Marlow Regatta is organised by a team of volunteers who work behind the scenes all year to bring the event to fruition. On the day of the regatta we require a small army of volunteers to run the day’s operations, from issuing crew numbers, helping crews boat, timing races or helping on the starting pontoons. We are grateful to the small band of regulars who join us each year, along with the Army cadets and Marlow RC juniors, to help fill the places. We are always in need of additional people to join the existing teams for some or all of the day (The racing runs from 08:00 to around 19:30, plus the preparation for crews to arrive and the post event site clearance). If you feel you would like to become part of the team for the day we can provide you with free parking, lunch & snacks plus a ring side seat for the close and exciting racing. To find out more visit out volunteer page or drop us an email to our volunteer coordinator Charles Hill (volunteer@themarlowregatta.com) and he will be in touch.
